A. Drop out

Those who wish to drop out should fill out the application form and submit it to the administration office after receiving confirmation from both the advisor and the head of the major program.

B. Expulsion

Anyone who falls under any of the following categories will be expelled.

  • Students who do not return to school after the leave of absence.
  • Students who do not pay the tuition fee within the prescribed time.
  • Students who have been expelled from the Graduate School Committee due to specific reasons, such as disciplinary action.

C. Re-admission

After completing at least one semester after admission, a student who has dropped out or expelled may be re-admitted (except those dismissed for discipline).

1) Procedure for re-admission
  • Application for Re-Admission > Confirmation from both advisor and head of the major program > Submission to administration office > Approval or dismissal.
2) Notes
  • Re-admission is possible only once.
  • The re-admission semester and credits to be acquired will be decided through a review conducted by the Admission Screening Committee.
